Date Incorporated: 2012
Purpose: Affordable housing in Moab City, Grand County, and northern San Juan County.
Land Holdings: Acquired a tract of land, Arroyo Crossing, through donation, currently constructing a housing development with 300 units and three community buildings. They received $4.3 million in New Market Tax Credits to construct new roads which will provide an additional connection between the Spanish Valley’s two primary transportation corridors: US-191 and Spanish Valley Drive. Horizontal improvements began in 2020 and vertical construction of homes began in late 2021.
Governance Note: Bylaws; Board of trustees not tripartite or elected, but organization has a membership-base.

Governance Notes: City-owned property is placed into a community land trust and then held for future affordability.
