Dr. Calum MacLeod acts as Community Land Scotland’s Policy Director. He is a sustainable development consultant and academic, having taught postgraduate Masters courses on ‘Political Ecology’ and ‘Human Dimensions of Environmental Change and Sustainability’ at the University of Edinburgh. In 2010 Calum led post-legislative scrutiny of the Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2003 on behalf of the Scottish Parliament. He is a board member of the Harris Tweed Authority.
