Normanton Farms now holds a 99-year lease on the land and is a regional leader in intensive rotational grazing, raising grass-fed cattle, free-range hogs, and pastured chickens for direct community sales and regional distribution. In addition to Normanton Farms, they have two other farms: Brookford Farm and Vernon Family Farm. Purpose: Create permanently affordable housing for moderate income buyers and many first-time homeowners. Land Holdings: 2 community land trust developments: one in Cottage Grove which has 6 units of housing and one in Florence which has 12 units of housing. They are currently working on  40 additional units in Eugene and Corvallis which should be ready sometime in 2023, as well as 35 units which are planned to be finished in 2024. The majority of these housing units will be part of their CLT and a few will be market price houses. Additional Information: They offer homeowner education and counseling as well as down payment assistance.
