Purpose:  Create permanent affordable housing for middle, low and very low income households.  Preserve economic diversity and inclusion. 
Land Holdings:  As of 2022 they do not have any land holdings, however they are still in the organizing processes of acquiring land.
Governance Notes: Run by a tripartite board of directors: two thirds CLT leaseholders and community representatives and one third legal/technical professionals.

Purpose: The mission of Summit Hill Community Development Corporation is to create and sustain vibrant communities for low to moderate income individuals, seniors and families by providing high-quality affordable housing, supportive services, community and economic development.
Land Holdings:  In process of acquiring land. They will have a neighborhood of affordable houses under construction by the end of this year, built on 40 lots in an area between Interstate 69, Arlington Road and West 17th Street. Uses CLT renewable 99-year lease model to ensure affordability
Governance Notes: The Summit Hill Community Land Trust is a program of the Summit Hill Community Development Corporation, a 501(c)(3) and subsidiary of the Bloomington Housing Authority. The CLT is governed by a committee made up of SHCDC board members, Bloomington Housing Authority staff, representatives from CLT properties and general community representatives.
