Incorporation Date:  9/16/2015 Purpose: Create and preserve affordable homes, specifically in O'ahu. Land Holdings: They have sold 8 properties and have more homes coming up for sale soon. Additional Information: The Hawaii HomeOwnership Center Housing and Land Trust was created as a separate non-profit by the Hawaii HomeOwnership Center in order to provide permanently affordable housing for residents of Oahu. They sold their first house in 2019.
