Waterfall Way Community Land Trust

Currently a working group, the CLT is in the final stages of formal incorporation as a not-for-profit company and Registered Charity. The CLT is a key project of the Housing Matters Action Group, a resident-led community group in Bellingen determined to find local responses to the housing crisis.
