We have 4 resale formula options - AMI resale formula, Fixed Rate Resale Formula, 25% and 35% Appraisal based resale formula.
In 2020, a group of Habitat for Humanity Affiliates came together to establish VSCLT to promote the permanent affordability of the homes they were developing. VSCLT is the first Community Land Trust in Virginia designed to operate statewide. We currently operate in a large number of jurisdictions including Fairfax County, Fauquier County, Loudoun County and others. VSCLT engages in stewardship with the homeowners whose homes are in the land trust. VSCLT is invested in maintaining safety, health, and affordability of the homes for current and future homeowners.
