The New Roots CLT aims to acquire a land parcel in the Cogswell project for the stewardhip and benefit of the African Nova Scotia North End commmunity. Their vision is to build a mixed-use, mixed-market development with community spaces, a Black cultural and recreation center, and commerical spaces for Black-owned businesses.
