The Bolinas Community Land Trust is a community-based membership organization committed to creating, preserving, and sustaining long-term affordable housing within the Bolinas-Stinson Unified School District.
BVCLT's work was aided significantly by LA County's Pilot Community Land Trust Program, which provided $14 million in funding for five LA-based CLTs. The five-year pilot program, launched in 2020, is not set to renew.
