Brussels Community Land Trust

CLTB was created in 2012 to serve all of Brussels. They develop sustainable and permanently affordable housing for low-and moderate income residents. They were the first CLT established in Europe, and have been active proponents of the CLT model on the continent. In 2021, World Habitat and UN-Habitat awarded a gold medal to Community Land Trust Brussels for its work and innovation.
