Land Holdings: 87 homes built; Additional rental sites. Building 2 CLT homes in the Montopolis neighborhood in the fall of 2022.
Additional Information: Gives highest priority to families with generational ties to target neighborhoods; Collaborated on the Alley Flat Initiative, which seeks to repurpose the extensive alleyways of Austin.
