John Gagnon is the librarian and archivist at the Schumacher Center for New Economics. In this role he is working on expanding access to the materials held by the Schumacher Center Library through organizing and cataloging archival collections and stewarding the Library through its transition to its climate and light controlled home on the ground floor of the library.
Prior to coming to the Schumacher Center, John studied History and Peace and Conflict Studies at Swarthmore College where he researched intentional communities and the cooperative movement in the early twentieth century.
