Purpose:  Enrich the quality of life of residents through community development and economic opportunities. 
Land Holdings:  As of 2022 they have one house which is part of the CLT, however they are still in the organizing processes of finalizing the CLT. 
Additional Information:  This is the first CLT in Nebraska. The CLT is part of South of Downtown's South of Downtown Redevelopment and Strategic Plan, which is an investment plan for the Everett and Near South neighborhoods of Lincoln, NE.
