Purpose:  In addition to using federal housing dollars to deliver affordable homes, ARCH has embarked on a second line of business in which we partner with local employers to deliver workforce housing using private funds.

Purpose: To create and preserve safe, inclusive, and affordable housing opportunities and maintain the character of the community. 
Land Holdings: 20 lots; 4 with completed houses; 1 house under construction; 4 houses seeking construction funding
Partners: Multi-year collaboration with the University of Idaho
